On April 25, Shinmade successfully held a crane skill competition. A total of 42 people participated in this skill competition, covering all crane operators. There were 5 judges and 1 referee in the competition, who were responsible for on-site supervision and scoring.

Theoretical examination

The competition project consists of two parts: theoretical examination and practical competition. The first part of the competition is the theoretical examination. The written examination is used to test 42 contestants from the cold rolling, pickling, warehouse management, equipment and other departments on the crane safety operation knowledge reserve.

In the theoretical examination, everyone answered the questions fluently, which fully demonstrated their solid theoretical knowledge. In the end, 12 outstanding employees broke into the actual competition.

Practical competition

It is worth mentioning that this competition venue was selected in the newly-built third-phase color-coated project, and the newly installed travelling crane were selected for the competition, which is a brand-new experience for employees and more fair to everyone. In the actual combat competition, many leaders visited the scene in person, cheering for the contestants.

This skill competition has improved the overall professional skills and safe operation level of the company's commuters, and further stimulated the enthusiasm of the majority of employees to learn skills and study skills, forming a kind of competition for everyone, learning theory, comparing technology, and fighting strength.
